1. Services Provided

R.S Enterprises provides installation, maintenance, repair, and sales of RO Water Purifiers and various home appliances (including Air Coolers, Microwaves, Refrigerators, etc.) in Boisar, Palghar, and Mira Bhayandar. We strive to provide the best service; however, service timelines are subject to technician availability and spare part procurement.

2. Pricing and Payments

• All prices quoted for repairs, spare parts, and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) are subject to change without prior notice.
• Inspection charges may apply if our technician visits your premises and diagnoses the issue, but you choose not to proceed with the repair.
• Payments must be made immediately upon the completion of the service unless previously agreed upon in writing.

3. Warranties and Liability

• Spare Parts: Warranties on spare parts are provided as per the manufacturer's guidelines. R.S Enterprises does not provide extended warranties on third-party spare parts unless covered under an active AMC.
• Service Warranty: We offer a limited-day service warranty on specific repairs. Please confirm the warranty period with our technician at the time of service.
• Liability: R.S Enterprises shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of your appliances after our service, especially in cases of power fluctuations, improper usage, or natural wear and tear.

4. Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)

AMC plans cover routine servicing and specific part replacements as detailed in the contract document provided at the time of purchase. Damages caused by physical mishandling, fire, or severe electrical surges are not covered under AMC.

5. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Maharashtra, India. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Palghar/Mumbai.
